Yoga Nidra during pregnancy can help to imbed positive thoughts about the process and can be used as a beautiful tool to prepare for birth with full trust and surrender by working on subconscious beliefs.

Yoga Nidra is a wonderful tool for mother’s who need some extra sleep and relaxation. Each session will begin with creating an intention that will be used to direct the meditation, and will end with a debrief on integrating the session.

This practice will induces total mental, physical, and emotional relaxation.

In home sessions are available within 30km from Napier, Hawkes bay or sessions are held within provided studio space.
