I am an Ayurvedic Doula serving in the greater area of Phoenix Arizona.
An Ayurvedic Doula is a specialised Birth & Postpartum Doula with deep training in nurturance, nourishment, and nature in relation for new mothers. Ayurvedic Doulaโs carry intuitive and rejuvenating practices rooted in the science and wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine and traditions.
It is my greatest honor to serve and nurture you during your rite of passage, sharing the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.
